Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most locations, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch with tracking included.
- Free Shipping (for orders over $50 USD): Shipped via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch.
Pro Tip: For competitive riders with upcoming events, we recommend choosing Standard Shipping and ordering at least 3 weeks before you need your equipment.
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, which will include tracking information.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders include tracking. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive detailed tracking updates throughout the delivery process.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain personal items like grooming tools or items that come into direct contact with horses. Please contact us if you’re unsure about a specific product.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
